PROJECT:  SoHo Flats     (Pictures)

SCOPE:  Condominium and retail complex in Homewood, Alabama. Two similar buildings with new Homewood City Hall in between. Concrete frame with brick and stucco veneer and flat roof. Includes 42,751 sf retail on first floors and 77 total condominiums on three floors above. 

PROJECT:  Colonial Promenade     (Pictures)

SCOPE:  Retail strip center in Alabaster, Alabama situated on 111 acre site. Large retail center that includes Lowe's Home Center, Walmart, AmStar Cinema, Belk department store, and other shops for a total of 300,000 square feet.

PROJECT:  Vestavia Hills City Center - Vestavia, Alabama     (Pictures)
SCOPE:  Vestavia Hills City Center, which is a 378,000 square foot leisure center is anchored by Rave Theaters, Stein Mart, Rugged Wearhouse and Publix Super Market, along with restaurants such as Panera Bread, Calypso Joe’s, Moe’s Southwest Grill, Nonna Rose, Brazil and Starbucks.

PROJECT:  One Federal Place Office Building – Birmingham, Alabama     (Pictures)
SCOPE:  Located in the center of Birmingham's legal and financial district, One Federal Place is a 300,012 RSF Class A Office Building that is a resounding success. Tenants include the law offices of Bradley, Arant, Rose and White; the law offices of Ogletree, Deakins, Nash, Smoak and Stewart, P.C.; Tyler, Eaton, court reporters; law firm Walston, Wells, Anderson & Bains; and Fannie Mae.

SCOPE:  With strong anchors and an exceptional line-up of upscale retailers, The Summit is the premiere shopping destination in Birmingham and in the state of Alabama. This regional lifestyle center is approximately 838,455 SF and is located at I-459 at U.S. Highway 280.
