Your Gallet watch is warranted against any manufacturing defect in accordance with these terms and conditions (“Gallet International Warranty”) and the International Warranty section of the General Conditions of Sale from the date of purchase of the watch (“Warranty Period”).
Gallet watches equipped with the Breitling B09 Manufacture Movement are covered by the International Warranty for a period of 5 (five) years from the date of purchase of the watch.
Gallet watches not equipped with the Breitling B09 Manufacture Movement are covered by the Gallet International Warranty for a period of 2 (two) years from the date of purchase of the watch.
MY WATCH IS EQUIPPED WITH BREITLING MANUFACTURE MOVEMENTS
Check the reference (A) engraved on the caseback of your watch. If the second letter is a G followed by two digits 09, your Gallet watch is equipped with a Breitling Manufacture Movement and covered by 5 years warranty. (B) refers to the serial number of your Gallet watch.
MY WATCH IS EQUIPPED WITH OTHER MECHANICAL MOVEMENTS
On the caseback, check the engraved reference number (A). If the second letter of the reference number (A) is a G and the following two digits are not 09, your Gallet watch is covered by the Gallet International Warranty of 2 years. (B) refers to the serial number of your Gallet watch.
Once the International Warranty has been activated, the following information will be available to you, either by scanning the QR code on your warranty card with your smartphone and/or by accessing this information at any official Gallet retailer or Breitling Boutique:

The warranty remains valid during the warranty period only if any necessary service or repair work on your Gallet watch is carried out by an authorized Gallet Service Center.
Theft, loss, acts of God, natural disasters and accidents (impact, shock or crushing, etc.).
Damage resulting from mishandling or improper use.
Damage resulting from tampering with the watch by anyone other than an authorized Gallet Service Center.
Straps other than metal bracelets.
Normal wear and tear and aging of the watch and/or the metal bracelet and clasp.
Any routine service carried out in accordance with the recommended service plan for your Gallet watch.
Applications for the repair of a watch of which the warranty has not been activated.
NOTE: The Gallet International Warranty and the Breitling International Manufacture Movement Warranty do not in any way affect the consumers’ rights legally recognized by the law applicable in the product’s country of purchase.
All interventions carried out by a certified Gallet Service Center as well as parts that are exchanged, are covered by mandatory legal warranty, as applicable per national law in the country where the service is performed (“Repair Warranty”).
The works performed within the Repair Warranty and duration of warranty for each are displayed on the invoice and/or delivery note.
For the Repair Warranty, as far as not in contradiction with applicable mandatory legal warranty, same Exceptions as for the Gallet International Warranty apply.
